I'm Megha, and this is My Home

Hello there! I'm Megha Dholakia, a passionate Sourdough Baker who finds sheer joy in creating delectable loaves and experimenting with exciting new recipes. My baking journey began during the challenging times of the pandemic when I sought comfort and solace in the art of bread-making. Alongside being a dedicated baker, I am also a proud mother, cherishing every moment with my family. And that's not all – I'm a fitness enthusiast too! Crossfit has become an integral part of my life, pushing me to be stronger both mentally and physically. With a heart full of warmth for baking, a love for adventure in the kitchen, and a commitment to my family and fitness, I embrace life's flavors with zeal and gratitude.​

In addition to my love for baking, I have a burning desire to share my passion with others. I believe that good recipes are meant to be shared and cherished by all. As a Sourdough Baker, I aspire to spread the joy of homemade breads. I take pride in my ability to create bread that is crusty on the outside with a soft and airy texture. Additionally, my expertise extends beyond basic sourdough loaves. I enjoy experimenting with different flavor combinations by incorporating inclusions like herbs, spices, nuts, coffee, and dried fruits into my breads. Furthermore I also experiment with a different variety of sourdough breads such as English muffins, bagels, focaccias, burger buns, brioche buns, hot cross buns, cinnamon buns and many more...all made using a natural fermentation process.
